You'll prepare appetizers, pasta and dessert, using only fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The chef selects recipes based on seasonality of the produce. You'll learn how to chop, braise, boil, cook and roast to create a complete Tuscan meal.

We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event

Florence
We will pick you up from your accommodation in Florence by 9,00am. Our driver will normally be at your address by 8,45am. We will then drive to the first winery which will take approximately 50 minutes.
NB: If you do not provide a pickup location for your private tour, our default meeting point is: Borgo Ognissanti 70, Florence, Italy.
Tuscan Home
At this family Tuscan Home situated at the base of the hilly Mugello, you will get immersed into the Italian art of cooking and into the exquisite wines of Tuscacy, which are renowned for their high quality and organic viticulture employed in their production.
During the class, you will learn valuable tips and tricks about the Italian cuisine and how to get your way around an Italian kitchen, overlooking the vines of the estate. An expert local chef will teach you how to cook a complete menu, from appetizers to dessert, using only the freshest seasonal ingredients, most of which come from the area! At the end of the cooking class, your work will be awarded with a feast of your own creations and enjoy the authenticity of your dishes. Your meals will be paired with the estate's most praised and notable Chianti wines. In addition, you will taste extra virgin olive oil, as it represents yet another appreciated product produced in Tuscany.

Your guide for the day will drop you back to where you were picked up. Guides can drop clients back to other locations with prior notice.

Pick up can be arranged from most hotels or appartements in Florence. Some areas in central Florence are not accessible but a pickup can be arranged from somewhere close.
