Apart from tasting the best selection of Lambrusco Wines produced in boutique wineries, you will serve a typical lunch at the Acetaia.

Your journey begins at Buonariva, a family-run estate where the roots of Lambrusco are deeply tied to the land. Surrounded by lush vineyards, you’ll learn how local soil and climate create the perfect conditions for producing expressive and vibrant wines. The guided tasting will introduce you to their classic labels, each one reflecting authenticity and the passion of generations. Expect a warm welcome and a true immersion into the traditions of Modena’s countryside.
Second Balsamic Vinager Factory and lunch
Today Acetaia S. is a leader in the production of traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena and a vast range of sweet and sour condiments. Here you will have a traditional lunch at the property's restaurant that is overlooking a breathtaking scenery. Lunch is centered around dishes typical of the Emilia-Romagna region that are best paired with different types of balsamic vinegar.
Afterwards, you will have a private tour of the cellars, receiving a full explanation of the balsamic vinegar’s manufacturing process: from the pressing of the grapes and the wort boiling, to the filtration and mixing steps. The visit will end with a balsamic vinegar tasting and typical lunch Modenese.
Third winery

The tour culminates at Cantina della Volta, a renowned winery celebrated for elevating Lambrusco to new heights. Here, tradition meets the méthode champenoise, with refined sparkling wines that have gained international recognition.
